Murano · circa 1960s · Hand-worked glass

A substantial signed aquarium sculpture and discreet solifleur, with three stylised fish suspended within cobalt, ochre and bubble inclusions.

Three stylised fish appear suspended among cobalt-blue inclusions, ochre passages and bubbles. Two substantial sections of glass enclose a narrow vertical cavity, giving the sculpture a discreet solifleur function. Hand-signed Barbini Murano on the base.
